Searching for relatives

I am very excited about finding this web page!! I have been researching my family tree since 1981 and found that many of my relatives came from Vitebsk.
My family name was BLOCKOFF and close relatives family name was TZADKIN. I have found MANY relatives all over the world with the name TZADKIN.
One of the relatives was OSSIP ZADKIN the artist who was a friend of Marc Chagall. I have found the name spelling of Tzadkin also to be: Sadkin, Zadkin,Satkin, Zatkin, Zatzkin, and Zetkin. Clara Zetkin was also one of my relatives. I have not had much luck in finding relatives with the name Blockoff. Some relatives may have come from nearby Polotsk.
I am seeking for information on ANYONE with the above names or anyone who has information on these names.
